Enhancing Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Investments (3Ei)
The overall goal of the 3Ei is for the private sector to actively contribute to Cambodia's socio-economic development and attain the goals of the SDGs. The achievement of this overall goal will be driven by two outcomes. Outcome 1: Enhanced coordination, and collaboration within the entrepreneurial ecosystem; and Outcome 2: Increased business performance and investments in the ecosystem and impact enterprises.

Digital Learning Materials for Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
Digital Learning Materials for TVET (DLM4TVET) is a two-year project (2023-2024) funded by Liechtenstein Development Service (LED), implemented by Swisscontact in partnership with the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT), the National Technical Training Institute (NTTI), selected Technical Training Institutes, Development Partners, Non-Governmental Organisations and private sector entities. The project aims to support the digitalisation of TVET and thus the transition to a more effective and efficient TVET system, mainly by advancing digital learning and teaching in TVET in Cambodia.

The Third Tracer Study Reveals Key Insights into Employability and Training Outcomes 
This round of the Skills Development Programme (SDP) Tracer Study assessed the employment status and impact on graduates after six and twelve months and for graduates of the first round of training. Surveys were also conducted with employers, hospitality organisations and managers to better understand the overall impact.

OUR INTERVENTIONS

Swisscontact in Cambodia works to strengthen the systems in skills development, entrepreneurial ecosystem and impact investments, trade facilitation and regenerative agriculture by working closely with the private, public, research and academia and the civil society sectors. All interventions are designed following the Inclusive Systems Development (ISD) approach of Swisscontact. Institutionalization of the interventions, via branding, is a key focus in all the projects. Swisscontact currently is supporting the stakeholders (public/private) to establish and promote 8 brands. The scale for each of the interventions will be realized through the promotion of the brands. While delivering our activities, Swisscontact Cambodia is committed to the Greening Office initiative.
