Sisavanh Khammoungkhoun

Sisavanh Khammoungkhoun is a National Technical Coordinator officer in the VTESS project based in Vientiane Capital. She brings extensive experience in working with CSOs, NGOs, government, and community development, with a focus on skills development. Sisavanh is adept at coordinating and collaborating with various counterparts, including government officials and INGOs. Prior to joining Swisscontact, she was involved in UXO/Mine Risk Education in Lao PDR. 

In 2002, Sisavanh earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics and Management, along with a Diploma in English from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, National University of Laos.
