Soralisa Thensavanh

Soralisa Thensavanh joined Swisscontact Lao PDR in September 2024 as an MRM Officer and Virtual Collaboration Champion. In this role, she supports the Team Leader in implementing Monitoring, Results Measurement (MRM) activities under the VTESS project. Additionally, she takes the lead in strengthening virtual collaboration across Swisscontact’s country office. 

Before joining Swisscontact, she worked as a Junior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer at ChildFund Laos, where she was responsible for data collection, analysis, and visualization, as well as contributing to case studies and report writing for various projects. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the Banking Institute of Laos and a Higher Diploma in Business Management from the Lao American Institute, both of which she earned in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys listening to podcasts, reading, watching movies, baking, and spending quality time with her family.
