Vimaphone Phiou On joined Swisscontact Lao PDR in August 2024 as the Component Manager for Awareness Raising and Networking under the SCP Lao project. In this role, she leads key interventions within Component 2 of the project, focusing on raising awareness and fostering networks. 

Prior to joining Swisscontact, Vimaphone held several impactful positions, including National Advisor for the Global Fund/Ministry of Health, Skills for Tourism Advisor with LuxDev and Country Operations Manager at SNV in Lao PDR, where she gained extensive experience in project advisory roles. She holds an MBA in General Management. In her free time, Vimaphone enjoys staying active with Zumba.
