In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including our Regions, operations, business development, HR and finance to ensure the continuous improvement of our systems and the successful delivery of projects. In this role, you will directly report to the Head Technology at Swisscontact.

Tasks

  • Lead the further development and rollout of our Dynamics 365 CE and FO solutions, with a focus on CRM, CI and HR functionalities.
  • Lead and manage (PL/PM) implementation projects with diverse project teams consisting of internal colleagues from our Regions and centralized functional departments, as well as internal and external IT colleagues, developers and consultants.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices, including existing and upcoming Artificial Intelligence features.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmaps and backlogs in Microsoft DevOps, collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Ensure the alignment of Dynamics 365 solutions with business objectives and proactively suggest and advocate for improvements based on best practices, currently unused or new product features - and the possibilities AI.
  • Manage the change request lifecycle, oversee change requests including respective approvals, escalations, development, deployment and roll-out.
  • Lead our internal development team consisting of 2 Power Platform developers in the context of D365 projects and change requests.
  • Maintain the deployment pipelines for Dynamics 365 CE in Microsoft DevOps, manage deployment in collaboration with the internal Power Platform developers.
  • Develop and provide change management concepts and training resources, deliver training to key users (champions), provide 2nd/3rd level support.
  • Manage the technical documentation of our Dynamics 365 solutions, ensure completeness and currentness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or IT Owner in the field of Dynamics 365 CE and FO.
  • Track record of successfully delivered IT projects (within time, budget and quality).
  • Understanding of DevOps deployment pipelines for Dynamics 365 CE is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements engineering; An understanding of business development and donor management in Official Development Assistance (ODA) or NGOs in general is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Knowledge of German and/or Albanian is a plus.
