Phetsavart Phangphonphakdy

Phetsavart Phangphongphakdy joined Swisscontact in September 2019 as Manager for the Integrated Vocational Education and Training (IVET) Training Pathway, under the Vocational Training and Employment Support Services (VTESS) Project. Prior to joining the VTESS, Phetsavart had worked for Vocational Education Project in Laos (VELA 1), a predecessor of VTESS, as a technical advisor for TVET Regulatory Framework Development and his most recent employment was with Skills for Tourism Project (Lao/029) as one of components’ leader for TVET Governance and Institutional Development. Phetsavart holds a Master Degree in Counselling and Higher Education, from Ohio University, USA and Bachelor Degree on English Language from National University of Laos (NUoL).
