Phetsavart Phangphonphakdy

Phetsavart Phangphongphakdy joined Swisscontact in September 2019 as a Component Manager for the Integrated Vocational Education and Training (IVET) Training Pathway, under the Vocational Training and Employment Support Services (VTESS) Project. Phetsavart holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling and Higher Education, from Ohio University, USA and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language from National University of Laos (NUoL). Prior to joining the VTESS, Phetsavart worked for GIZ's Vocational Education Project in Laos (VELA1).
