The primary objective of this two-day training was to facilitate an exchange of experiences and lessons learned throughout the coaching cycle over the past year. Participants engaged in discussions about employment outcomes, the current status of participants, and reflections on their roles as coaches. The event also included a certification ceremony, recognizing the achievements of the coaches.
Led by Ms. Elvira Idrizi and the training team from Swisscontact Albania, the training utilized a blended approach, incorporating various interactive methods. Participants summarized key topics from the previous block, engaged in fishbowl presentations, and participated in role-play activities to enhance their coaching skills.
Mr. Tingkham Soulintha, Deputy Director General of the Department of TVET, MoES, emphasized the importance of the training in empowering coaches to effectively implement their learning with clients.
He highlighted measurable outcomes, including 490 participants completing the counseling cycle and 418 developing essential skills for self-reliance.
This event not only celebrated the accomplishments of the coaches but also reinforced the commitment to enhancing the employability of underprivileged youth through effective coaching and support.
