The 18th edition of Give a Day took place on October 21st, 2023, in partnership with Enterprise Vision Academy (EV), with a focus on the theme " Give a Day & E-friends’ Network." The event was attended by 70 participants.

In its 18th iteration, Give A Day continues to be a leading force in empowering Cambodia's entrepreneurial ecosystem. Following the success of Give a Day 17, conducted in Phnom Penh, the event returns to Siem Reap, once again. Give a Day is renowned for fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and trust among entrepreneurs and support organizations.

The first session focused on ESO breakfast talk to foster information sharing among local ESOs to share their current activities and plan for the next year in exploring potential collaboration and synergies to better coordinate and support entrepreneurs in Siem Reap.

The event was followed by round table discussions by ESOs and Entrepreneurs alike. Various topics were discussed. The first topic, "Finding Direction in Times of Uncertainty," resonated with many entrepreneurs. It's a common experience to feel lost or discouraged at times, and this session provided insights and guidance for those searching for the right path forward for their businesses.

In the "Navigating Employee Challenges" segment, participants delved into the complexities of managing a team, an area fraught with its unique set of challenges. Entrepreneurs shared their personal experiences and insights, contributing to the creation of a workplace that is not only supportive but also collaborative.

Mastering the art of financial management, taxation, and administrative compliance is imperative for any business. The "Mastering Financial Management" discussion aimed to equip entrepreneurs with invaluable insights into these crucial aspects of running a business. For entrepreneurs grappling with marketing strategies and customer relations, the "Conquering Commercial Hurdles" discussion offered a platform to explore innovative solutions and ideas to address these common obstacles.

Finally, in "Enhancing Operational Efficiency," the focus on running a business with optimal efficiency was discussed. Participants in this session discussed concrete operational issues and explored methods to enhance the overall efficiency of their enterprises.

Give a Day 18 served as an interactive platform where entrepreneurs and ESOs engaged in meaningful discussions, shared their experiences, and learned from one another. The event underscores the power of collaboration and knowledge exchange in building a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in Siem Reap. By promoting trust and a sense of community, Give a Day continues to be a driving force in building a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem, not only in Siem Reap but In Phnom Penh as well. Plans are underway to take Give A Day to other provinces in the future.
