Give a Day 8: Human-Centered Design for Entrepreneurs, Intrapreneurs, and ESOs

The meeting was attended 56 participants representing investors, start-ups, entrepreneurial support organizations, government among others. The topic was delivered by Mak Sayphearak, Design Manager of iDE Innovation Lab. 

The discussion centred around why human-centered design (HCD) is important and how to apply HCD as well as lessons learned and best practices. There was a lively discussion to identify gaps in start-up team knowledge and experience and other approaches (such as HCD, lean, etc.) in helping more start-ups succeed.
