Training of Trainers (ToT) conducted for Skills Development trainers

The ToT sessions were conducted by two in-house TITI trainers who applied various teaching methods such as group work, practical session, various demonstration techniques and games for refreshment.

At the end of the training, all 23 trainers were certified in a formal closing session chaired by Swisscontact Nepal Country Director, Mr. Manfred Egger and TITI Executive Director, Ms. Akim Shrestha along with the trainers and staff of YEP. Mr. Egger and Ms. Shrestha expressed hope for the newly certified trainers to use what they have learned from ToT and apply it towards building a successful career.

IPs alongside their existing TITI certified trainers, will use these new incoming trainers to conduct different vocational training events for YEP in 2019.
