Organized jointly by 108Jobs, the Technical Vocational College of Khammuan province under the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES), in collaboration with the Vocational Training and Employment Support Services (VTESS) project of Swisscontact, the job fest aims to attract a diverse pool of skilled individuals and address the current job market demands.
During the event, job seekers have the exclusive opportunity to engage with representatives from a wide range of companies, allowing them to submit job applications and gain valuable insights into the job market landscape. Moreover, interactive games will be held throughout the fest, providing participants with a chance to win exciting prizes.
Beyond the job-related activities, the event will also feature engaging discussions on relevant topics such as "How to find a job in the current economic situation?" and "What qualities are companies looking for in potential employees?" These sessions will equip attendees with invaluable strategies for navigating the job market effectively.
The ultimate goal of this two-day job fest is to serve as a comprehensive platform for job seekers, enabling them to explore diverse employment opportunities, network with industry professionals, and enhance their employability skills. By bringing together a wide array of companies and offering comprehensive career services, this event strives to bridge the gap between job seekers and potential employers.
