Dalis Sar

Dalis is currently a Project Officer under the Innovation for Sustainable Agriculture (ISA) project. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy, formerly the Department of International Studies, at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. Prior to joining Swisscontact, Dalis worked as an Associated Research Assistant at a policy research centre focused on agriculture and rural development. She later worked as a Project Officer for the SWITCH to Solar Startup programme, where she helped nurture solar tech startups in the agri-fishery market. Throughout her career, she has honed her skills in project management, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement. Dalis is passionate about social and sustainable development.
