Damduan Buasavanh

Damduan Buasavanh joined Swisscontact in February 2025 as a Junior Finance and Administration Officer based in Vang Vieng. She supports financial management and administrative operations for the Waste to Value project. 

She has a strong background in finance and administration, having worked as a Financial Accountant and HR Officer at Friendship Supermarket and Khammany Food and Cleaning Services Co., LTD, where she managed financial reporting, HR, and operational oversight. Her early experience at King Star Internet Shop strengthened her customer service and accounting skills. 

Damduan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare from the National University of Laos and has completed training in leadership, waste reduction, and green marketing, enhancing her ability to contribute to Swisscontact’s sustainability initiatives.
