Ilham Hasbiullah

Ilham joined Swisscontact in January 2019 as a Project Officer for School Development for the Skills for Competitiveness (S4C) project. In January 2023, he was promoted to Senior Program Officer for VET Development, where he oversees the implementation of the industry-based curriculum (IBC) integrated with Outcome-Based Learning (OBL) and Outcome-Based Assessment (OBA). He also supports Problem-Based Learning initiative using the CDIO approach. 

Previously, he held several leadership positions at Politeknik Aceh.  

 As a certified Master Facilitator for the International In-Company Trainer (In-CT) program, he helps industry supervisors guide students during internships according to internationally recognized standards under the AdAIB certification.
