With nearly ten years of experience in the German-Indonesian Dual Vocational Education and Training (dVET) partnership project, Reza specialises in the development and promotion of dVET services. His role involves providing technical assistance, supporting system actors, building networks and leveraging best practices to improve the dVET ecosystem at both sub-national and national levels. As a certified Senior Master Trainer and In-Company Trainer (based on ASEAN and international standards), Reza brings a wealth of expertise to his work. In his spare time, he enjoys building LEGOs and watching movies to keep him creative and relaxed.
