Keolatsamy Sengvong

Keolatsamy Sengvong joined Swisscontact in June 2020 as a Provincial Technical Coordinator under VTESS Project based in Saravan Province. In 2009, she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Letter at Champasak University, and another diploma from Pakse Teacher Training College in 2003. Her main responsibilities are to support the Component Manager in implementing the IVET pathway component of the project. Particularly, to lead the project activities in field and also works closely with the IVET school and other relevant stakeholders in the Saravan province. Furthermore, she also works closely with the ESS coordinator on issues of ESS delivery in the province. Previously, she worked with many iNGOs such as Room to Read and CARE International Laos. In 2018, she worked as a Program Officer at Room to Read.
