He previously served as a Core Team Member for the Cambodia Festival of Ideas, a collaborative event organized by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Cambodia and The Asia Foundation. This role equipped him with extensive skills in strategic planning, event organization, stakeholder communication, and operational management. Additionally, he interned as a Junior Researcher at Angkor Social Innovation Park, where he assisted SME owners with product innovation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Paragon International University.
