Kongkeo Ladsapho

Kongkeo Ladsapho is the Provincial Technical Coordinator for IVET training in the VTESS Project, based in Khammuane province. Prior to joining Swisscontact, he worked for Winrock International on the Lao CTIP Project. He holds certificates in Business Administration from the Savan Institute of Management in 2010 and Accounting from the Savan Institute of Management in 2008. 

Kongkeo has various work experiences with INGOs for 11 years, including office management, financial skills, communication skills, vocational training, and extensive experience in coordinating with village authorities, private sectors, and government partners. Additionally, he has the capacity to coach staff and expertise in water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH).
