Lammone Siamphay

Lammone Siamphay joined Swisscontact in January 2025 as a Provincial Technical Coordinator for IVET Training for VTESS project, based in Saravan Province. In this capacity, he is responsible for supporting the program team in delivering the mandate of Swisscontact’s project portfolio, ensuring effective implementation of project activities.

Before joining Swisscontact, Lammone accumulated over five years of experience in various roles within international organizations. He served as a Transformation Development Facilitator at the World Vision Laos, focusing on education and health sectors, and was a Community Mobilizer with Catholic Relief Services, where he monitored school meal projects. Lammone also worked with the World Food Programme as a District Community Facilitator, supporting community development initiatives, and most recently served as a Project Field Officer with World Concern Laos, where he was involved in food agriculture and social economics projects.

Lammone holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language from Champasack University and has participated in various professional training programs relevant to community development and project management.
