Lamor Fongmany

Lamor Fongmany joined Swisscontact Lao PDR for the VTESS Project in December 2024 as the ESS Provincial Coordinator in Khammuane province. In this role, she oversees key interventions within the Employment Support Services and Seed Money components, focusing on coaching and training for disadvantaged youth.

Prior to joining the VTESS Project, Lamor held several impactful positions, including Field Officer at the Lao Disabled People’s Association (LDPA) and the Learning for Development Association (LDA). She also served as a Coach for Employment, Assistant Trainer, and Basic Entrepreneurship Trainer with LDA, where she gained extensive experience in coaching, training, and project coordination. Lamor holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from the National University of Laos and a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Coaching for Employment from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences & Arts (HSLU).
