Mike Loose

Mike joined Swisscontact Laos in January 2025 as Team Leader for the VTESS Project. After vocational training and studying business administration, focusing on human resources for the tourism and hospitality industry, as well as cultural tourism, he completed an education programme for vocational teachers. In the past Mike worked for private and public sector organisations in Europe, Africa and Asia - in Laos too, e.g. from 2010 to 2013 for the Lao National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality (Lanith). Previously Mike was engaged in Swisscontact projects in Indonesia, Laos and Myanmar.
