Parsia Lyboualong

Parsia Lyboualong joined Swisscontact in February 2025 as the Provincial Technical Coordinator for Employment Support Services (ESS) based in Vientiane Capital. In this role, she manages the team and budget for the Vocational Training and Employment Support Services in Vientiane Capital, coordinating with local authorities and stakeholders to enhance employment opportunities for youth facing challenges in the job market.

Before joining Swisscontact, Parsia worked with Friends-International (Peuanmit), where she held various positions, including Futures Employment Project Coordinator and Social Worker. Her responsibilities encompassed managing teams, providing training, and facilitating connections between youth and potential employers. With 17 years of experience in community development and employment support, she has a strong background in working with marginalized groups to improve their livelihoods.

Parsia holds a Diploma in English Teaching from Bankeurn Teacher Training College and has completed several professional training programs, including courses in enterprise creation and first aid.
