Rosa Ratha

Rosa is an Intervention Area Lead in Innovation for Sustainable Agriculture Project (ISA) of Swisscontact Cambodia. Joined in September 2020 as a Junior Project Officer, Rosa had facilitated private companies and other partners in cover crop commercialization, especially tackled the issues of inaccessibility and unavailability of cover crop for smallholder farmers. Building on her experience, she has developed KropouchKasekor Model in collaboration with The Department of Crop Seed to further improve the practice of cover crop for sustainable agriculture in Cambodia. With her coordination skills, Rosa is also working as a secretariat of Cambodia Conservation Agriculture and Sustainable Intensification Consortium (CASIC) where she is involved in creating platforms for private sector, government, development partners and farmers to engage in Agroecology policy dialogue. She is an open-minded person who believes in the value of teamwork, self-discipline and change for the better future.
