Saythavee Xayvongmany

SAYTHAVEE XAYVONGMANY, a Provincial Technical Coordinator for Employment Support Services (ESS) under the Vocational Training and Employment Support Services (VTESS) project based in Oudomxay province, joined Swisscontact in September 2023. He earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Development from the National University of Laos in 2010 and completed an International Diploma course in Community Development at the Asian Institute in the Philippines in 2022. Additionally, he holds certificates in Microsoft Office computer skills, Business-Accounting, and Petty Cash. Drawing upon his acquired educational background, he has made significant contributions to various regions in Laos throughout his career. 

Prior to joining VTESS, he worked as a District Coordinator at Save the Children International in Laos (SCI). Saythavee has experience in providing vocational training to youth and collaborating with key stakeholders to offer technical support for vocational training to human trafficking survivors. Furthermore, he has experience as a facilitator for youth, women, and children's empowerment activities.
