Seepheng Xaiyaseng

Seepheng Xaiyaseng joined Swisscontact in March 2024 as the Provincial Technical Coordinator of the Digital Literacy Initiative (DLI) Project, based in Oudomxay Province. He brings over eight years of experience in coordinating with schools, communities, and CSO partnerships.

Previously, he worked at Save the Children International Laos as a Project Officer, where he managed the ongoing implementation of the USAID Learn to Read (LtR) program in both school and community settings. In 2015, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Teaching from Suphanouvong University.
