Seryang Nouying

Seryang Nouying serves as a Provincial Technical Coordinator Support for the DLI Project based in Xiengkhuang province, having joined Swisscontact Lao PDR in April 2024. Previously, he worked as a Senior Project Officer with Save the Children Organization, Learn to Reading Project.

With over 14 years of experience in the development field, Seryang is proficient in training, planning, implementation, finance, and administrative tasks. He holds a Bachelor's degree in General Business Management from the National University of Laos Sahakitsanphan College.
