Socheata Chy

Ms. Socheata joined Swisscontact on 8 January 2025 as a Project Coordinator for 3Ei, based in Phnom Penh. Before joining Swisscontact, she worked as a Program Manager at Agile Development Group, where she gained extensive experience in project implementation, partnership engagement, budget management, and proposal writing. Additionally, she served as a Learning and Development Executive at Kouprey Creative Solutions, managing operational flows to enhance efficiency and support organizational development. Socheata recently returned to Cambodia from Australia after completing her master’s degree in development studies at the University of Melbourne. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
