Soulisack Xailavong

Soulisack Xailavong joined Swisscontact in October 2024 as Finance officer. His main role is to ensure project accoSoulisack Xailavong joined Swisscontact Lao PDR in October 2024 as a Finance Officer in the CoOf department. In this role, he collaborates with project and accounting managers to meet the financial requirements of the VTESS and CoOf projects. His responsibilities include managing daily bookkeeping, ensuring complete and accurate supporting documentation for payment vouchers and receipts, maintaining and reconciling bank accounts, and preparing monthly financial reports. 

Before joining Swisscontact, Soulisack worked as a Finance and Admin Officer at World Concern Laos, where he was responsible for daily bookkeeping, budget monitoring, financial reporting to donors and government agencies, coordinating budget adjustments, and conducting office asset checks. 

Soulisack holds a bachelor's degree in accounting. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, watching movies on his mobile phone, and spending quality time with his family.
