Sovannarith Ouch

He previously worked as a Program Associate at the Techo Startup Center, where he was responsible for leading community programs and competitions like SparkMeet, Turing Hackathon, Youth Essay, and Film Contest. Prior to his role at the Techo Startup Center, he worked as a Bank Executive Trainee in the Global Market Department at Maybank, where he was involved in data entry and operational tasks. He earned a Bachelor's degree in English for Professional Communication from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from the Royal University of Law and Economics.
