Vandy Phothiyalay

Vandy Phothiyalay joined Swisscontact Lao PDR in September 2024 as the new Technical Coordinator Training for VTESS Project. Her main role is to support the project component manager in carrying out the activities under components 1 and 4.

Vandy holds a master's degree of program in International Development Studies. Before joining Swisscontact, she was a Coordination Expert and Training Manager at FAO, UN Laos. And before joined FAO, she was a Sponsorship Management and Analys and Child Sponsorship Facilitator at World Vision, Vientiane, Laos. In her free time, Vandy likes reading books and listening to e-books and drinking coffee in cafes.
