Vannida Hubxaythong

Vannida Hubxaythong is the National Technical Coordinator under Component 1 of the VTESS Project. She holds Bachelor’s Degree in Administration. She has 11 years of working experience with various INGOs in fields related to education, community development and human trafficking. After her graduation in 2006, she started her career as a Social Worker at AFESIP in Lao PDR, working for reintegration of trafficking victims. Later, she continued her work for 5 years at Village Focus International (VFI). In 2014, she continued her career in education as a Literacy Program Officer at Room to Read Lao. Vannida's strength is to provide Capacity Building for young people. She continuously works in the fields of TVET, Skills Development and Life Skills with a strong focus to bring young people into employment.
