Viengkhone Ketlouay

Viengkhone KETLOUAY joined Swisscontact in March 2024 as the Component Manager for Policy Dialogue and Research for the SCP Lao Project, based in Vientiane Capital, Laos. Previously, she worked at Helvetas Swiss Inter-cooperation as a Project Manager cum Gender and Social Equity Coordinator and member of the Senior Management Team. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in Child Right, Child protection, GBC, gender equality, and development.

In 2018, Viengkhone won the first prize for Innovation Initiative Development, the "Women Empowerment Star". She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Sengsavanh College in 2004. Additionally, in 2022, she began preparing for a Master's degree in International Development Study at the National University of Laos.
